Dr. Swati Shivane is the founder and lead dentist at Swaram Dental Clinic. She holds a BDS and MDS in Endodontics and Conservative Dentistry — making her a root canal specialist by postgraduate qualification. We accept cash, UPI (GPay, PhonePe, Paytm) and card payments. We will inform you about any EMI or payment plan options at the time of treatment.

No. Root canal treatment is performed under local anaesthesia and is virtually painless. Most patients are surprised at how comfortable the procedure is. Dr. Swati Shivane is an MDS Endodontics specialist — root canal is her area of highest expertise. Post-treatment, mild soreness for 1–2 days is normal and easily managed with prescribed medication.

Depending on the condition of the tooth, root canal treatment can often be completed in a single sitting. Complex or infected cases may require 2 sittings.
